Who is Kulbhushan Jadhav?

Back in March 2016, the Pakistani Intelligence agencies arrested Kulbhushan Jadhav for spying for Indian agency RAW(Research and analysis Wing). Pakistani Government is saying that Jadhav is serving officer of Indian Navy and was working for RAW, on the other hand Indian officials are saying that Jadhav is retired from Indian Navy in 2002. India asked for consular access but Pakistan denied it by saying that no consular access for spies.
Before Indian officials also said that Jadhav is not an Indian Citizen but changed their statement when Pakistani Government sentenced death to Kulbhushan Jadhav. In April 2016 the Baluchistan (Pakistani Province) government filed an FIR against Kulbhushan on charges or terrorism and sabotage. Pakistani Officials also release a video of Kulbhushan Jadhav in which he is saying that he is a serving officer of Indian navy and his code name was Hussein Mubarak Patel and he is behind several terrorism acts in Karachi and Baluchistan and he was funding some Baluch separatists groups like BLA and BLF.

In April 2017 when Pakistani Government announced that Jadhav will be hanged due to sabotage activities against state, Indian officials took U-turn and changed their statement by saying that Kulbhushan is Indian citizen and India will save him by going into ICJ (International Court of Justice). It is also notable that India denied to go into ICJ against Pakistan on Kashmir Conflict.
International Court of Justice requested Pakistan not to hang Kulbhushan Jadhav until investigations, it is also notable that Some ICJ judges were offered a huge money by Indian officials. For the sake of humanity Pakistan offered Kulbhushan Jadhav's wife and mother to meet him on 25 December 2017. Here is the video of Kulbhushan Jadhav in which he is saying that he is working for RAW, and in the second video he is appealing Pakistani Army Chief to not to hang him.
