Back in March 2016, the Pakistani Intelligence agencies arrested Kulbhushan Jadhav for spying for Indian agency RAW(Research and analysis Wing). Pakistani Government is saying that Jadhav is serving officer of Indian Navy and was working for RAW, on the other hand Indian officials are saying that Jadhav is retired from Indian Navy in 2002. India asked for consular access but Pakistan denied it by saying that no consular access for spies.<br /><br />

Before Indian officials also said that Jadhav is not an Indian Citizen but changed their statement when Pakistani Government sentenced death to Kulbhushan Jadhav. In April 2016 the Baluchistan (Pakistani Province) government filed an FIR against Kulbhushan on charges or terrorism and sabotage. Pakistani Officials also release a video of Kulbhushan Jadhav in which he is saying that he is a serving officer of Indian navy and his code name was Hussein Mubarak Patel and he is behind several terrorism acts in Karachi and Baluchistan and he was funding some Baluch separatists groups like BLA and BLF.<br />

In April 2017 when Pakistani Government announced that Jadhav will be hanged due to sabotage activities against state, Indian officials took U-turn and changed their statement by saying that Kulbhushan is Indian citizen and India will save him by going into ICJ (International Court of Justice). It is also notable that India denied to go into ICJ against Pakistan on Kashmir Conflict.<br /><br />

International Court of Justice requested Pakistan not to hang Kulbhushan Jadhav until investigations, it is also notable that Some ICJ judges were offered a huge money by Indian officials. For the sake of humanity Pakistan offered Kulbhushan Jadhav's wife and mother to meet him on 25 December 2017. <h2>North Korea: Trump praises latest UN sanctions over missiles</h2>

US President Donald Trump has praised the UN Security Council for imposing tough new sanctions on North Korea in response to ballistic missile tests.<br><Br>

In a tweet, Mr Trump said the vote proved the world "wants peace, not death".<br><Br>

The US-drafted resolution includes measures to slash North Korea's petrol imports by up to 90%.<br><Br>

China and Russia, Pyongyang's main trading partners, voted in favour of the resolution.<br><Br>

North Korea is already subject to a raft of sanctions from the US, the UN and the EU.<br><Br>

"The United Nations Security Council just voted 15-0 in favor of additional Sanctions on North Korea. The World wants Peace, not Death!" Mr Trump tweeted.<br><Br>

UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said the latest measures against North Korea were a "vital step" towards curbing its nuclear weapons programme.<br><Br>

He said the international community had shown it was united in its condemnation of the North's "reckless behaviour".<br><br>

<h2>What exactly are the new sanctions?</h2><br>
<b>The US said it was seeking a diplomatic solution to the issue and drafted this new set of sanctions:<br>

1. Deliveries of petrol products will be capped at 500,000 barrels a year, and crude oil at four million barrels a year<br>
2. All North Korean nationals working abroad will have to return home within 24 months under the proposals, restricting a vital source of foreign currency<br>
3. There will also be a ban on exports of North Korean goods, such as machinery and electrical equipment<br><br>
Tensions have risen this year over North Korea's nuclear and missile programmes, which it has pursued despite pressure from world powers.</b>

Philippines Tropical Storm Tembin kills more than 100 on Mindanao

<b>More than 100 people are reported to have been killed as a tropical storm swept through the southern Philippines, with dozens more missing.<br><br>

Storm Tembin brought flash flooding and mudslides to parts of Mindanao island.<br><br>

Two towns badly hit were Tubod and Piagapo, where a number of homes were buried by boulders.<br><br>

Tembin, with winds of up to 80km/h (50 mph), has now passed across Mindanao and is heading towards the southern tip of Palawan before moving further west.<br><br>

The Philippines suffers regularly from deadly tropical storms, although Mindanao is not often hit.<br><br>

Tembin, known as Vinta in the Philippines, started lashing Mindanao on Friday, with a state of emergency declared in some parts, including the Lanao del Norte and Lanao del Sur regions.<br><br>
